At Krunchy, we know how exciting it is to receive new clothes for your little one  that’s why we ensure a smooth, timely, and hassle-free delivery experience.

 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro locations: 5–7 business days
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier capacity, and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather or strikes).

Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on orders of ₹2,499 and above.

  • For orders below ₹2,499, a flat ₹50 shipping fee will be applied.

Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver across India only.

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can also log into your Krunchy account and check the “My Orders” section for real-time updates.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted and reliable logistics providers such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

In Case of Delay or Non-Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours at support@krunchy.in or via phone. We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

Undelivered Orders

If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount after deducting the shipping cost.
