How it works

  1. Sign in to your Krunchy account.
  2. Open the order you want to return.
  3. Select "Return items" if the order/item is eligible.
  4. Select the item and return reason.
  5. Submit your return request.
  6. Krunchy will review the request and provide the next instructions if approved.
